The learning experience
Compass unfolds over two months, starting with a pre-program session with a learning coach to set personalised goals. This foundation leads into an immersive residential component, where participants fully step away from daily demands to engage in interactive sessions, peer mentoring, and reflective exercises. Following the 3.5 day residential experience, participants benefit from an additional coaching session to help synthesise learnings, set actionable goals, and deepen their leadership impact as they transition back into their roles.
